Pillar 2: Oxygen Physiology in 3D Tissues

We study oxygen dynamics in three-dimensional cellular systems, including spheroids, organoids, and transplanted grafts. By quantifying oxygen distribution and defining survival thresholds, we aim to identify critical design constraints that influence cell viability and function in both in vitro and in vivo settings.
